Ben Esch, AMFT

Providing Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Psychedelic Integration, Brainspotting, and Couples Therapy in-person in Pasadena, and throughout the state of California on telehealth.

Depression. Anxiety. Trauma. Failing Relationships.

Those words may look intense on the page, but if you are experiencing them yourself, you know how devastating they can be for your life, your relationships, and your happiness. If any of these words sound familiar, I want you to know that you are not alone in these struggles…and talking to a therapist can help.

My goal is to develop a safe and secure therapeutic relationship where we can address your challenges, process your traumas, and help you feel better. But our work won't just focus on what’s “wrong” in your life; we will also identify meaningful goals, and means of improving your relationships with others, and (most importantly) yourself.

Through a client-centered and trauma-informed lens, I focus on working with people experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship distress. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, and Gottman Method, as well as SPACE for childhood anxiety, ARFID, and Failure to Launch.
